This medical malpractice case involved an incorrect delivery by forceps. The baby was severally brain damaged. A picture of the baby was scanned and used on the visual for impact on the jurors' sympathy. The actual CT scan of the baby's brain was superimposed onto the picture and color was added so anyone could understand what they were seeing. |
